3. Receive emails and text messages as new instructions take on
4. Accompanied viewing 9-6pm Monday to Friday, and 10-4pm Saturday
5. Pay 1 week holding deposit to reserve property
6. Complete the tenant info reference application form:
7. Pay remainder of moving in moneys (including a 6-week damage held under the Tenants Dispute Service Scheme)
8. Sign your contract
