An administration fee of 150 inc VAT is chargable. This is a fixed cost fee that can cover a variety of works depending on the individual circumstances of each tenancy, conducting viewings, negotiating the tenancy, verifying references and drawing up contracts. This charge is applicable per individual tenant.

Tenant cycle:

1. Register on www.nextlocationuk.com

2. Receive instant email with existing property matches

3. Receive emails and text messages as new instructions take on

4. Accompanied viewing 9-7pm Monday to Friday, and 10-4pm Saturday

5. Pay 2 weeks holding deposit to reserve property

6. Complete Maras reference application forms:

7. Pay remainder of moving in moneys (including a 6-week damage held under the Tenants Dispute Service Scheme)

8. Sign your contract

9. Collect 1 set of keys per tenant

10. Arrange standing order mandate for monthly rental payment

11. Register with utility companies/Council Tax

12. Weekly vendor/landlord feedback
